We accept returns and exchanges within 30 calendar days after you receive your parcel.

Your item must meet the following requirements:
  • Products are unused, unwashed and keep original new condition
  • All original packaging, tags and accessories are intact
  • Not damaged by improper human operation

2. Free Return Conditions

We offer free returns for the following situations:
  • Received wrong items or missing accessories
  • Factory defects, quality problems or broken products during transportation
  • Products inconsistent with the website description

3. Customer-Paid Return Conditions

If you want to return goods for personal reasons, including but not limited to:
  • Changed mind / No longer need the kitchen gadgets
  • Wrong size or wrong style purchased by mistake
  • Dislike the product after receiving
The return shipping fee shall be borne by customers. We will deduct the actual shipping cost from your refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons:
  • Opened, cleaned or used kitchen food contact tools
  • Customized products with printed logos or personalized patterns
  • Clearance sale final items marked "No Return"

5. Refund Process

  1. Contact our customer service via email within 30 days to submit a return application
  2. Wait for our official return approval and return address
  3. Send back the package and fill in the return tracking number
  4. We will inspect returned goods within 3-5 working days after receiving your parcel
  5. The full or partial refund will be processed to your original payment account within 7 working days

6. Shipping Damage Advice

If your products are damaged during delivery, please take photos of the outer package and defective items within 48 hours after receipt. Send pictures to our support team directly, and we will arrange free replacement or full refund without returning goods.
